Yahya, Rakan, Jibran, Ruslan, Rivan, Eve, and Sidin al-Najjar
They were seven children: Yahya, Rakan, Jibran, Ruslan, Rivan, Eve, and Sidin. They had seven little dreams. They went on a family visit to their mother, pediatrician Dr. Alaa al-Najjar, at Nasser Hospital. There, she received them as lifeless bodies, carrying nothing but her love, which was not extinguished even after a blind missile struck their home and left night crouching in her heart forever.
This was the story of a family, a story of love, and a story of loss, whose final chapter was written by death on May 23, 2025.
