Zeina and Muhammad Fadi Muhammad Hijazi

Praise be to God, who honored me with the martyrdom of my children, Muhammad the apple of my eye, and Zeina the core of my heart. Zeina was pulled from under the rubble. By God, I write these words with my tears and a burning pain in my heart that I could never have imagined. But my only solace is that they have gone to meet a merciful, generous Lord, for there is none more tender to them than He. To God's mercy, my little ones, my Hamoud and Zeina. And may God be my witness on the Day of Judgment that I and their patient, devout mother did not fail in their upbringing. O Lord, compensate me for what I have lost, O Lord, O Lord, O Lord.
