Abd al-Karim and Ahmed Muhammad Rashid Hussein al-Masri

The Almighty said: “And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision.” The eye weeps, and the heart grieves, and we are saddened by your parting. We say only what pleases our Lord: To Allah we belong, and to Him we shall return. This morning, my brother's sons, Abd al-Karim and Ahmed, were martyred. Allah is sufficient for me, and He is the best Disposer of affairs. O Allah, reward us for our affliction, grant patience to our hearts, and be our helper and supporter. May Allah have mercy on them, accept them, and give them dwelling in the most spacious of gardens.
