Farouq Muhammad Abu Wardah

Farouq was a person of good character and was well-reputed. He was a regular at the mosque and had memorized thirteen sections of the Quran. He also excelled at school and was among the top students. Farouq loved life and aspired to many achievements, one of which was to become a doctor. He possessed a level of morality and faith uncommon among his peers, and he would forgive anyone who wronged him. "Two hours before he was killed, he said to me, 'Mama, I dreamed that Grandpa's house was bombed and that I was martyred. Mama, my dreams come true. Let's go back to our house.' I told him, 'My dear, let's wait until the afternoon and see.' This was despite the fact that he was the one who had insisted we leave our home and go to his grandfather's, thinking it was safer. Not two hours had passed since he told me his dream when the occupation bombed his great-uncle's house, which was right next to his grandfather's. My beloved was killed, and his dream came true.
