These are the two French children who died in Gaza during this war. My children were French-Palestinian, because I am French and my husband is a Palestinian from Gaza.
I have been in Gaza for 12 years, working in the humanitarian field.
Janna would have turned 10 in December, and Abd al-Rahman, "Ubaida," had just turned six a month before he was killed.
My children were outstanding in their studies, diligent, and very respectful. My daughter Janna had memorized two parts of the Holy Quran.
They were affectionate and kind children, beloved by everyone.
I myself was injured, as was my last child who survived.
May God have mercy on them and all the martyrs.
